Student or parent is aware that automatic charges for the signed up tuition per month will begin on the first day of enrollment and continuing every 30 days (On day 28 of the month prior the next lesson month) thereafter.

It is the students or parents responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the charge date for the subscription. There are no refunds, chargebacks, or credit card disputes allowed for any reason.

  1. Scheduling.
Student will receive dedicated time/s and day/s of the week where there will be an appropriate school horse and with a group of riders with similar ability reserved each week. Please remember that Stable operates on an annual term of weeks 46 on and 6 weeks off throughout the year. Stable must pay all costs for the number of school horses needed to teach the scheduled lessons. As a result, Stable’s expenses stay the same, regardless of whether the Student’s lesson is taken. Therefore, if student cannot make their time during a week- Stable will allow a maximum of two makeup lesson per quarter- , an attempt will be made to try and find an additional time for the student where there is an appropriate lesson horse and group, however because of the complexities of scheduling- there are no guarantees. Scheduled makeup lessons cannot be rescheduled again. Monthly tuition is still due in full when student miss their lesson. Lessons count as taken if cancellation of one lesson is received less than 24 hours prior to training session or if student is not showing for their lesson. The best way to get the most value out of the program is to make it a priority and a commitment not to miss your dedicated lesson time(s).

All lessons canceled by Stable due to unforeseen weather or other circumstances will be rescheduled.

If Student would like to make a long-term change to his/her dedicated lesson time, he/she may do so a maximum of 1 time in a 90-day period by providing Stable with written notice of Student’s requested change.

  2. Cancellation.

The term of this Agreement shall be on a 3 months base after sign up and automatically renew itself for another 3 month if no cancellation is received.

This Agreement may be canceled by either party with at least 60 days written notice prior to the desired date of termination, however, no refunds will be given.

  3. Horse Shows.

Horse show invoices for coaching, trailering, and hotel splits will be sent two weeks in advance of the horse show. Additional expenses incurred at the show will be invoiced the week after. Student is aware that this invoices plus a 3.5% Service fee automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Student has the opportunity to pay the invoice by check at least 5 days before due date of invoice to safe the 3.5% Service fee. Additional expense invoice will be due on receipt and charged to students credit card with 3.5% Service fee added.

Horse show entries are sent at least two weeks in advance. Riders will be responsible for coaching, trailering, hotel splits, and tack stall splits if they cancel after entries have been submitted. Some shows may also charge for stalls and shavings if the cancellation is last minute. Emergencies happen, but under all other circumstances, please consider your commitment to attending a horse show to be just that: a commitment. Cancelling an entry last minute can strain our relationship with show managers, and bailing on splits makes the show more expensive for the others who attend

So, for every student we see it as important that if they wish to compete to take their riding and horse care very seriously, are present for all team functions and always take full responsibility for their horse/horses while away at shows, and cheer on their teammates. A full grooms or full care service is not offered for any reasons other as school commitments, medical reasons. A use of this offered "Day care" service to get "out" of horse care and teamwork is not acceptable at any time.

  1. No Guarantee.

Stable does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. The results of your riding program are largely based on the Student’s efforts.
